Why You Can’t Use Virtual Offices or P.O. Boxes for Google Business Profiles

Google does not allow businesses to list virtual offices or P.O. Boxes on their Business Profiles. These locations do not meet Google’s standards for real, physical presence.

If your business doesn’t have a standard street address or is missing from Google Maps, don’t risk suspension by using a mailbox. Instead, use Google’s Drop a Pin feature to place your business on the map accurately.
